While we are committed to delivering high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to revenue, sales volume, lead quantity, or return on ad spend (ROAS).

Advertising performance may be influenced by factors beyond our control, such as market conditions, platform algorithm changes, competition, budget constraints, and client-side operational decisions.

2. Service Quality Commitment

We warrant that:

Services will be delivered with reasonable skill, care, and professional diligence

Campaigns will be managed in accordance with agreed scopes and timelines

Data and accounts will be handled responsibly and securely

This warranty applies only to the services provided, not to outcomes or third-party platform decisions.

3. Exclusions

OCEAN SUNRISE LIMITED is not responsible for:

Platform suspensions, policy enforcement, or account restrictions imposed by Google or other advertising platforms

Losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the client

Performance impacts due to website issues, product availability, pricing, or customer service quality

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, OC Limited’s total liability shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service period in question.

5. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
